Hoa Phat gains VND 300 billion net profit after tax on the 1st Quarter 2009

On last April 6th, the Group completed the record shareholders’ list for advancing the 3rd Tranche of 2008 dividend in cash, with the total dividend payout ratio of 30% par value.

In the early months of this year, in the context of common difficult economy, Steel, Steel Pipe, Furniture, Refrigeration Engineering, Equipment & Accessories, IP business of Hoa Phat remain the stable growth. The market shares of the construction steel, steel pipe, furniture have constantly developed, conquered the market.

A series of the Government’s financial and economic solutions start displaying the positive effects, the demands of goods, services have been increasing. Currently, the 2 big projects: Hoa Phat Integrated Steel Complex and Cement Factory has been implemented on the schedule. It is estimated that in the end of this year the products will be conducted and catch up with the demand when the economy recovers.
