Hoa Phat - CotecCons signing contruction contract of Madarin Garden project

On 14 July 2011 in Hanoi, Golden Gain Vietnam JSC - a member of Hoa Phat Group signed the contract package 3 to build the body of The Mandarin Garden complex with Cotec Construction (CotecCons).

Cooperate  to build real Senior apartment

At the signing ceremony, both sides expressed their joy to cooperate and coordinate to bring to market really high class product.

Mr Tran Ba Duong, president and CEO Cotec Construction Corporation beside the quality of apartments, apartments called high-level depends on the location of projects (transportation, social infrastructure, services ...) and prestigious, the capacity of investors.

CotecCons evaluates  Mandarin Garden complex convergences important factors of a high-level apartment project, a bright spot on the real estate market in Hanoi.

Mandarin Garden is surrounded by green space and convenient transportation infrastructure system.

 Ensure the project schedule

In the context of real estate projects was delayed, ensure the schedule becomes more difficult for investors. However, at the signing ceremony Mr. Tran Tuan Duong – General Director of Hoa Phat Group said that with the strong financial capability, Hoa Phat has no difficulty in completing the project on schedule as promised to customers.
Currently, Hoa Phat arrange sufficient financing of project.

Besides, cooperation with prestige and experience contractors as CotecCons, customers can rest assured when choosing an apartment. Construction work, started last July, is expected to reach completion in Q4 of 2013.
