Hoa Phat continues to be ranked in FAST500

At the last weekend in the National Convention Centre, Vietnam Evaluation Report JSC in coordination with the online newspaper VietnamNet officially organized an announcing ceremony of FAST500 Ranking - 500 fastest growing companies in Vietnam 2013. Hoa Phat Group had the 3rd times in this board.

FAST500 ranking is annually published to recognize the outstanding achievements of Vietnam enterprises based on revenue criteria of Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over the period 2009-2012, taking into consideration to the criteria of total assets, employees, profit after tax, corporate reputation in the media ... According to the organizers, HPG's sales grew spectacularly from VND8,244 billion in 2009 to 17,122 billion in 2012, equivalent to a CAGR of 41%.

Hoa Phat has been constantly ranked in the board of 500 fastest-growing companies in Vietnam

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, said the businesses named in FAST500 fully deserves the title of "pioneer typical representatives of Vietnam economy" and is expected to be positive factors contributing to economic recovery of the country by their efforts and achievement in the difficult economic period.

This is the 4th times that FAST500 rankings has been published on the principle of voting and ranking scientific, independent, objective, and comply with current international standards. To be considered for classification in FAST500, compound annual revenue growth rate from 2009-2012 is at least 20% per year.

Earlier, Hoa Phat Energy JSC was ranked No. 1 in FAST500- 2012. Additionally, some other subsidiaries of Hoa Phat such as Hoa Phat steel pipe company, Hoa Phat Trading and Hoa Phat construction & mining machinery company were also presented in FAST500 of the previous year.
