Hoa Mac attracts to foreign firms

From early 2014 to now, Hoa Mac industrial park has received three new and expanding projects of  Japanese and South Korean companies with a total investment of approximately U.S. $ 20 million.

These projects have been granted  investment certificates by Ha Nam Province and businesses are currently under deployment. In particular, project of costume accessory manufacturer of Vietnam Byron Holdings Ltd. (Japan) has a total investment of nearly $ 5 million to build the 15,000 m2 factory specializing in producting of high class fashion accessories. 

Subsequently, Ha Nam Province People's Committee also has granted an investment certificate for Sebang Chain Vina Co., Ltd. (South Korea) to implement the Sebang Chain Vina high quality jewelry producing plant with a total investment of $ 6 million. According to company representatives, the project will start construction in this third quarter and is expected to put into operation by the first quarter 1/2015.

FineTek Vietnam is expanding its factory in Hoa Mac industrial park

In addition, FineTek Vietnam Co., a South Korean enterprise which built its factory to produce accessories for Samsung Group in this industrial park since middle last year, is also implementing procedures for granting investment certificates to expand their project from 1.5 ha to 2.7 ha, bringing the total investment to over $12 million.

Hoa Mac industrial park has scale of 200ha, located in Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province. Since 2010, there have been a lot of foreign companies to come and find out information then rent some land to build their factories here, especially the companies of South Korea and Japan.

Hoa Mac Industrial Park invested by Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction JSC, a member of Hoa Phat Group. This has a favorable geographical position and planned with modern infrastructure system from internal road system; power supply system, water supply system, drainage system and wastewater treatment to social infrastructure such as banks, post offices, customs ... The investors are entitled to many major industrial zone incentives from Ha Nam Province.
