First 4 months 2011 Hoa Phat steel lead the market share

According to the report of the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA), the total consumption of Hoa Phat Steel in the first 4 months  2011 reached 242,988 tons, increased 138% over the same period in 2010 and it was the first time leading the steel market with  14.2% share.

Only in April, Hoa Phat steel comsumption reached the record 70,291 tons, the highest ever, continued leading the market share. In the Central and the South, Hoa Phat Steel maintaining coverage market with the consumption reached nearly 40% compared with the total in 2010.

Currently, Hoa Phat Group is active implementing Phase 2 of Hoa Phat Steel Integrated Complex in Hai Duong , which has the No. 3 steel mill capacity 500,000 tons per year with the most advance technology, increases the total capacity construction steel to 1.2 million tons from 2012. This will be the platform to strengthen the leading position of the Hoa Phat Steel in Vietnam.
