Disclosure on selling treasury shares

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company  discloses information on selling of treasury shares which was approved at the Board meeting of the Company on May 14, 2012 (according to Resolution No.15/NQHP-2012, dated 14/05/2012) with following contents:

 
Approving the plan of selling treasury shares:
- Treasury shares quantity before trading: 4,230,930 shares.
- Treasury shares quantity is expected to sell: 4,230,930 shares.
