An Thong Mineral Investment JSC established on 02/2007 with the main function of exploring, exploiting, refining, processing, trading iron ore. Currently, the company is the investor of 2 iron ore exploitation and processing projects: Tung Ba mine (Tung Ba commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang province) and Sang Than (Minh Son commune, Bac Me district, Ha Giang province)

These are two major projects in the mining sector in the province. Each year An Thong will provide 600,000 to 800,000 tons of iron ore for Hoa Phat Steel Integrated Complex in Hai Duong.

Besides, the Company is operating the largest iron ore palletizing factory in Viet Nam, with capacity of 300,000 tons per year.

 + Ball iron ore (product of Hoa Phat iron ore palletizing factory in Binh Vang industrial park, Ha Giang)
