11 months, Hoa Phat steel reached nearly 100% of plan 2014

After 11 months, Hoa Phat steel has reached sales volume of 895,000 tons, up 41% compared to the same period in 2013 and equivalent to 99% of the whole year plan in 2014. With this volume, Hoa Phat steel market share raised up 18.9%.

Particularly in November, Hoa Phat steel sole 96,563 tons, an increase of 34.6% compared to 11/2013. For the export steel, HPG has steadily exported wire rod steel to Australia, Laos and promotes the market in some other ASEAN countries.

Thanks to the new policies of supporting the real estate sector, the lending interest rate adjusted for all period ... the construction steel demand in November was quite good, therefore, the businesses in the steel sector, including Hoa Phat have kept the high production and sales. According to the Vietnam Steel Association, steel sales in the last 11 months of the VSA members reached 4.7 million tons, up 12.5% compared to the same period last year.

Hoa Phat steel has nearly completed plan 2014 before a month

In November, Hoa Phat completed the maintenance and upgrade of the No. 1 blast furnace of the steel integrated complex to increase steel production while reducing energy consumption and better environmental protection. Simultaneously with this work, the Group is also working with the construction contractors and equipment suppliers to promote the deployment of  Phase 3 of this complex as scheduled.
