Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company - the 5th member of Hoa Phat Group - was established on September 28, 2001 in Hanoi mainly operates in synchronous investment and construction of industrial zones for subleasing, investing and trading real estate and constructing civil and industrial projects. Currently, the Company is the investor of constructing and trading infrastructure of Industrial Zones, including: Pho Noi A Industrial Park with scale of 600 ha and Yen My II Industrial Park with 231 ha in Hung Yen Province and Hoa Mac Industrial Park with a scale of 203 ha in Ha Nam province. Besides, Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company is also the investor of a number of housing and urban projects in Hanoi and some provinces.

Pho Noi A Industrial Park (Hung Yen province)

• 24km far from Hanoi Capital Center, Pho Noi A Industrial Park has a prime location for enterprises investing in Vietnam.
