Hoa Phat Cement Joint- Stock Company was founded on 25th Sept, 2006. The main functions are to manufacture and trade clinker, cement; manufacture and trade additive material, additional components for the cement industry; trade building material, machines and manufacturing accessory in cement industry.
On 24th April, 2007, the company started construction of the Hoa Phat Cement Plant in Dong Ao village, Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province. The plant’s total investment for 2 phases is VND 3.2 trillion; 3 million tonnes of cement per year. The plant’s products include high quality Portland cement PCB 40, PCB 50 for major construction projects. According to the plan, the plant will complete the grinding station, making Hoa Phat cement products available on the market from the beginning of the 3rd quarter 2008.
Hoa Phat Cement’s market is defined in Ha Nam and other provinces such as Nam Dinh, Hung Yen, Thai Binh and Ha Noi where is not on the condition of investing in cement production because there are no local source materials.
